"El Vecino” translates to “The Neighbor”, and that’s exactly what we want to be — your neighborhood Mexican restaurant where you can share great food and drinks with your family and friends. True Tex Mex runs in our family. It started over 100 years ago with our great grandfather introducing Tex Mex to Dallas, and in 2017, we continued the tradition by bringing El Vecino to East Dallas.

At El Vecino, we add our own flair to traditional and modern Mexican favorites, and our award-winning meals are all home-cooked with care. Our drink menu alone is worth the trip, and we invite you to try one of our tasty signature beverages.
